Our Service Process

Delivering a high quality, timely and reliable experience

1. Initial Consultation

Our designer will meet with you to document your contact details and evaluate a general concept of your joinery project. Your needs will be noted along with an overall assessment of specifications and requirements.

2. Design Meeting

The aim of this meeting is to confirm the design layout, colour and product selections. Advice and ideas will be offered in regards to functionality and aesthetics to ensure a pleasing outcome. Results generated from these discussions will be used to create an itemised quotation.

3. Quotation & Approval

Our quote will be ready within one to five business days. Your joinery investment will be broken down into incremental costs allowing for optional stages to be chosen. Upon acceptance of the proposal the documentation will be ready to be signed.

4. Check Measures

Once the formal contract has been signed and the relevant deposit received, the project manager will perform an onsite inspection to confirm final details and measurements. At this point our draftsman will then create detailed images and plans from the design layout.

5. Manufacture

Construction will commence once you have approved and signed the working plans. Any variations from the original contract will need to be authorised and documented for a cost amendment. Where necessary, an inspection will be provided prior to installation.

6. Dispatch

You will receive prior notice for suitable pick up and delivery times. Should a forklift be required, please advise us at the time of order. All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch via bank transfer, eftpos, cheque or cash.

7. Installation

A team of qualified tradespeople will prepare the site and install your joinery as arranged with the project manager. You will have prior notification to time frames for any other trade services needed. Once our work has been finalised, your project will be prepared for presentation.

8. Completion

A final quality assessment will be carried out to ensure client satisfaction. Then, with the payment of any balance owing, handover will take place.
